NovClick offers a 30-day return window after delivery.
How to request a return
Contact us at support@novclick.store before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue.
Return eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.
- Items should be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging when possible.
- Items that are damaged by misuse, missing parts, or returned without approval may not qualify for a full refund.
Return instructions
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send returns to any address before contacting support.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@novclick.store as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
