Shipping policy
NovClick currently ships orders to customers in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high demand, payment review, or if order information needs to be confirmed.
Estimated delivery time
- Transit time after dispatch: usually 3-9 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: usually 4-12 business days, including processing and transit
Shipping cost
Current orders include free US shipping unless a different shipping option is shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the order is dispatched.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. NovClick is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, high demand, security checks, or other events outside our control.
